If you prefer to create your own label designs then we can send you the recommended

label dimensions or even a label design template for each product that you can use as a design guide. Once your designs are complete just send us the print ready files in PDF,

PSD or AI format and we’ll print, label and pack your order.

NOTE - we currently work in both Photoshop CS5 and Illustrator CS5 compatible formats. NOTE – there are no extra design fees for clients who provide their own label designs

OPTION B – WE DESIGN FOR YOU ($30.00 per product design)

If you would like us to design your labels for you we offer a simple label design service for

just $30.00 per design. For example, if you have 10 different products and would like

designs for each then our design fee charge would be 10 x $30.00 = $300.00. Just send us your logo ( in 300 DPI resolution format on a transparent background ) and any

company details or other information you wish on the labels and we’ll create a high impact label design for you to review… customized with your own branding.

All products can be shipped via one of the following methods. If required we will also help explain the importing process in your country and monitor your order status the entire

DHL - Door to Door Service

Usually delivered to your door usually within 4 to 6 business days

- DHL super saver rates apply at the 21kg, 31kg, 71kg, 101kg and 301kg levels. This method is fast, convenient and hassle free. Anything less than 21kg is a bit expensive to

ship so please bear this in mind.

Seaport to Seaport Service

Usually delivered to your nearest International seaport. 30 - 35 days (North America) / 40

– 50 days (Europe)

Minimum cargo space charge – 1 CBM (1 cubic meter – fits up to 6000 – 90g labelled soaps)

General Rates – approximately $700 to $900 for the first CBM (North America / Western Europe)

This method is the most cost effective but does require you to clear the order through customs at your seaport. Rate includes all transport costs from our factory to Tianjin, China seaport, China customs / export document fees, hygiene permits, China port

handling charges and freight to your seaport

All orders are shipped in sturdy 5 ply cardboard cartons – 22 x33 x44cm with layers separated by bubble wrap.

Lead times

Most orders under $1000.00 can be custom labelled, packed and shipped within 9 to 10

business days. Order preparation and delivery times for larger orders will be quoted at time of order. Except for the soaps all other products are made fresh at time of order.

White Willow Acne Relief Cream There are many causes of acne breakouts including over active hormone production,

environmental pollution, stress, diets high in refined sugars and starches and others. Acne

eruptions themselves usually occur when pores become blocked with excess sebum, dead skin

cells and environmental pollutants.

Our Tea tree essential oil or bamboo charcoal pore cleansing soaps will help resolve minor acne

problems. For moderate to severe acne breakouts or stubborn persistent acne eruptions

combining our soaps with a daily exfoliation regimen can help speed up the recovery process.

Our White Willow Bark Acne Diminishing Cream is specially formulated for this purpose. Enriched

with a 2% blend of Willow Bark extract and potent skin and redness soothing Tamanu oil this

cream will help quickly unclog pores, kill bacteria, reduce excess sebum production and calm

irritated skin. Use daily in combination with one of our pore cleansing soaps and a final spritz of

calming Lavender floral hydrosol to effectively control and manage acne breakouts

Finish with a spritz of Lavender hydrosol. To begin, apply once every evening before bed for the

first week. If no irritation occurs application can be increased to twice daily, morning and

evening. For oily skin and enlarged pores issues apply once daily and finish with a spritz of rose

hydrosol
