ssential Formulas Incorporated (EFI) President and CEO, Michael Schoor, discovered Dr.

Ohhira’s Probiotics when he experienced severe digestive distress while traveling in Malaysia. Without the pharmaceutical drug he typically used, Michael sought relief from a local doctor who administered several small brown capsules

Q. Are there side effects from taking your dietary supplements?

A. Essential Formulas is unaware of any reported side effects of Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics, Dr. Ohhira’s Propolis PLUS, or Dr. Ohhira’s

Essential Living Oils. However, you may experience some balancing effects in the digestive tract during the first week or two of taking the probiotic or propolis products. Minor bloating or a slight laxative or constipating effect are signs that the product is remodeling, detoxifying, and improving the gut environment.*

I have allergies; could I be allergic to any of the contents?

A. Both Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics and Dr. Ohhira’s Propolis PLUS are hypoallergenic (no milk, wheat or yeast). The plant materials

used in the prebiotic component have been fermented into a completely altered state that is well-tolerated. Sensitivities to Dr. Ohhira’s products are extremely rare, but do consult your health care provider if you are concerned.

Q.Are your products safe to use if I am allergic to one of the botanicals in the probiotic extract?

All our skin care products contain NO known allergens and are guaranteed free of artificial colors, fragrances, stabilizers,

During the three-year fermentation process, the ingredients in the probiotic extract are altered and have no resemblance to the original allergen.
