Profile of older workers

The most inspirational and powerful Dutch older worker = The Dutch Queen (Nidi poll, 2007)

Positive: reliability, involvement, accuracy, social capabilities, customer friendly, eagerness to teach, transmit of knowledge, becoming more altruistic, less career - ego - focused> These are Senior Qualities; being Senior an Important Life Phase

Pitfall: somewhat opinionated (Refresh button!), freedom oriented
