Work completed Autumn 1909. Erste Niederschrift (continuity draft in short score)

completed 12 September final draft (fair copy) of score on 4 October late 1909- arrangements with Artur Bodansky

first performance in Mannheim in the Spring of 1910 premier not given until 1924 in Prague. 

No performance, no publication finally published in 1923- piano arrangement

disappeared for a while, favoring a simpler arrangement

now in private hands
