Objectives of the Study

The general objective of this feasibility study is to determine the possibility of setting up production facility and marketing of the new Heat-Sensored Rechargeable Electric Fan. In addition, the study aims to:

Project Description

The main product to be produced was a Rechargeable Electric Fan that has the functionality of a temperature sensor, automatically turns-off when temperature is cold enough, helps save energy consumption. It was eco-friendly because of its energy saving capability. The researchers named the product HEAT-SENSORED RECHARGEABLE ELECTRIC FAN so that the consumers would easily recognize it and would easily know how to use it.

General Market Information

Electric fan is an essential tool for thermal comfort commonly used in Filipino households. Thermal sensors are commonly used in many applications. This time, it will be applied in the Philippine Electric Fan market. Electric fans for Filipinos daily lives play a big role. This was the reason why the researchers chose the product.

People whose ages 18 and above and are currently employed from the City of Tanauan and Municipality of Malvar, Batangas were chosen as target market. This part of the study determined and classified the size and nature of the present and potential customers of the proposed product. It analyzed the data gathered to identify the competitive position.
