WorkLifeBalance(WLB)isanideathatwemainlyhearaboutinrelationtothebusinesssector,whereithasbecomeapriorityinrecentyearsduetothepositiveimpactithasonproductivityand,therefore,profit.However,innon-commercialsectors,includingeducation and development, the importance of balancing work and personal lifecontinuestobeoverlooked.Asaresult, lackofWLBisoneofthe leadingcausesofprofessionalburnoutamongeducators.

In response to this, we have developed a course that will, on the one hand, helpparticipants to find their own individual balance in their professional and personallives and, on the other hand, present a replicable model for establishing a WLBprogrammeinschoolsandeducationcentres.Ourapproachishandsonandisdesignedtostimulateimaginationandcreativity,whilealsoprovidingpracticaltoolsforyoutouse inyourWLB implementationplan.Thecourse includesenergisingactivitiesandoutdoorchallengeswhichputsintopracticesomeoftheWLBprincipleswewilllearnabout.
