What is Erasmus ?

• Erasmus is a programme created in 1987 to help

students to know another cultures and expand their

knowledge.

• Students should get a scholarship and may

stay in another EU country in a period of 3 to

12 months in order to learn another

university.

Why the name Erasmus?

• The program owes their name to the Dutch

philosopher Erasmus of Rotterdam.

• Erasmus of Rotterdam was a knew opponent of

dogmatism (that you studied) who lived and worked

in a lot of places in Europe .

Requirements

• You must be in two years of university

• If there are too many students interested in

the same university will be selected by the

criterion notes.

• Having a basic knowledge of the language will

be a destination point for the selection
