Inter-institutio nal ag reement 2014/2015-2020 / 2021 between

The institutions named below agree to cooperate for the exchange
of students and/or staff in the context of the Erasmus+ programme.
They commit to respect the quality requi rements of the Erasmus
Charter for Higher Education in all aspects related to the
organisat ion and management of the mobility, in particular the
recognition of the credits awarded to students by the partner
institution.

D. Additional requirements
Information on infrastructure to welcome students and staff with
disabilities:
CZ HRADECOl: We ma ke an effort to improve wheelchair
accessibility in aur facilities. There is a special access to aur
websites designed for the visually impaired. Some publications of
the university library are specially converted to the format
legible for people with residua! vision. We also have the
counselling centre Augustin which provides help to people with
special needs to integrate.

3. A Transcript of Records will be issued by the rece1vmg
institution no later than [ 4] weeks after the assessment period
has finished at the receiving HEL
4. Termination of the agreement
No special regulations. However, in the event of unilateral
termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be
given. This means that a unilateral decision to discontinue the
exchanges notified to the other party by 1 September 20XX will only
ta ke effect a s of 1 September 20XX + 1. Neither the European
Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in
case of a conflict.

1. Grading syste.ms of the institutions

statistical distribution of grades according to the descriptions in

A grading scale is used to assess studies (numerical
representation of verba! grading levels shown in parentheses): a)
excellent (1), b) very good (2), c) satisfactory,(3), d) failed
(4).
For more accurate evaluation of study and learning activities
during the semester, a 100-point grading scale and the ECTS grading
scale may be used, whereas the following applies:

2. Visa
The sending and receiving institutions will provide assistance,
when required, in securing visas for incoming and outbound mobile
participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter
for Higher Education.

3. Insurance
The sending and rece1v1ng institutions will provide assistance
in obtaining insurance for incorning and outbound mobile
participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter
for Higher Education.
The receiving institution will inform mobile participants of
cases in which insurance cover is not automatically provided.
