Symme3D Biotech One is the world's first fully integrated, high precision 3D printer for biomass that features a state of the art temperature and humidity controlled incubator. Our product supports extensive prints using live stem cells and it features twin HRV active filters with germicidal lamps for laminar air flow processing. Its capabilities extend to extremely high precision movement below 1 micrometer on all axis, as well as modular and multifunctional pneumatic extruders for a wide range of bio compatible materials. With conventional cell monitoring procedures, a culture vessel has to be taken out of the incubator for microscope observation, where cells are subjected to stressful environmental changes and vibration. Researchers then have to spend additional time re-positioning the vessel to find the same observation points. The integrated automatic micropipette dispenser eliminates these problems by providing a stable environment so that the cultures don't suffer while they are being imaged and allowing for a complete trace of the same live cells, including stem cells.
