CAMERA

The camera that I have chosen to use to film my production was the PANASONIC HDC-SD700

This camera has capability of shooting in 1080p HD which is useful in giving me high quality footage and a professional feel to the film

The camera is easy to use which is effective for me being a first time film maker

The camera also has a high quality zoom on it which is useful in creating the best and most focused shots

I have taken this shot as a practice and found that the quality of footage it gave was incredible:

TRIPOD

The tripod I used for this camera was the VELBON CX 888 Tripod The high quality of this tripod would ensure that my shots come

out steady and professional This tripod has a 3 way pan allowing for accessibility and more

options of filming As well as this, grip would allow for easily executed shots

Technology

I used two different computers for the editing and blogging of my production. Firstly the 27inch iMac with superb processor would allow for ease of editing and reliable performance

As well as this, the 4k retina display would allow my film to be shown in the highest quality so I could see the full perspective of my shots

Secondly, the MacBook Air 2015 would allow me to edit my film on the go and allow for fast, high quality editing

EDITING SOFTWARE

In terms of editing software, I would use Adobe Premiere whilst on the school computers

This industry standard editing software would allow for an entirely professional quality of film

The software also has a huge range of tools and features that means that my final product can be highly effective

In terms of editing my production whilst I’m at home, I will use iMovie to finalize my product as, being designed for apple computers, maintain the extremely high quality footage whilst also allowing ease of editing for me
