CANON 700D This is the camera we will be using during our

production. The camera allows HD recordings and was a very important piece of hardware that we needed during our production. The camera has many features such as being able to focus pull. This was used In our production for effect during the scenes.

CAMERA BAG A camera bag was used to hold and carry our

equipment around. The bag was quite light and was a very useful tool to use. It had other compartments where we could place camera batteries and also the SD cards for the cameras. The camera bag although light would allow the camera to withstand a drop and still be unharmed. This is a vital piece of equipment as without it the safety of the camera would be at stake when moving from location to location.

CANON 70D BATTERIES Camera batteries were essential as we needed them

to operate the cameras. A lot of batteries were needed as they usually ran out. Without the batteries we would not have been able to power the camera and thus we would not have been able to film any of our scenes. We carried two batteries on hand at all times incase one ever died of battery or had failed.

SD CARD We needed an SD Card to hold our footage. This is a

very important piece of equipment as without this we wouldn’t have been able to film. This was our source to transfer footage from the camera to the macs. We took two SD Cards just in case one was too full to hold any more footage or incase one had seemed to have failed on us. During one point in the filming process one of the SD cards reached its maximum capacity and this required us to use the second SD card. This would have caused a lot of problems had we not packed two at all times.

TRIPOD We needed a tripod to increase our variety of shots.

We could change the different height levels for filming and we also used the tripod to film steady shots. The Tripod allowed us to film our scenes without any shaking and was very useful. The tripod also allowed us to get many shot angles as it could extend to a very high height and could also contract for us to be able to get some low angled shots.

LED LIGHT The LED light we used was very useful towards our

production. The LED light allowed us to control and manipulate the lighting in our scenes. We were also able to remove a lot of grain due to the light.

ZOOM MIC We used a zoom mic for the voiceovers. This was

very helpful as it was very high quality and allowed us to get very good voiceovers. The zoom mic was used for the phone scene where a mysterious caller would ring the phone. This also allowed us to be able to manipulate this sound to make the voice sound deeper and add more effect to the scene.

LED LIGHT BATTERIES This was used to power the LED batteries. Without

the batteries we would not have been able to use the LED lights and thus would have had a lot of grain within our footage due to poor lighting.
