• “My goal was to eliminate junk food from my diet for one week. I ate only nutritious snacks to see if I could live without junk and learn to eat better. I survived! After a few days of craving, I didn’t even want a candy bar. If I can do without it for a week, I can do without it forever! I have substituted juice for sodas and am so proud!”
