Le système MARS a prouvé son efficacité dans l‘épuration de nombreuxsubstances toxiques au cours de l‘insuffisance hépatique aigue
hydrosoluble : ammoniac, lactate, creatinine , urea
liposolubles : bilirubine, acides biliaires, acides aminésaromatiques, triglycérides à chaînes courtes etmoyennes, etc.
Dans l‘amélioration de la survie de ces patients
