The BioSpectrometer fluorescence is a highly flexible spectro-

photometer. It can perform measurements in both the UV/Vis

and fluorescence range. Its integrated fluorimeter can increase

the measuring range by a factor of 1,000. This enables reliable

quantification down to a concentration of 1.0 pg/µL.

A variety of accessories and consumables expand these

options even further. For example, the Eppendorf µCuvette

G1.0 can be used in the BioSpectrometer fluorescence to

perform micro volume measurements. This enhances the

detection range for dsDNA from 0.001 to 1,500 ng/µL.
