Krajnja je odgovornost korisnika ESAB opreme za zavarivanje i rezanje plazmom osigurati da se svi koji radena ili u blizini opreme pridržavaju svih primjenjivih sigurnosnih mjera opreza. Sigurnosne mjere opreza morajuudovoljavati zahtjevima koji se primjenjuju na ovu vrstu opreme za zavarivanje ili rezanje plazmom. Osim
standardnih propisa koji se primjenjuju na radnom mjestu, treba poštivati sljedeće preporuke.Sve radove mora izvoditi obučeno osoblje dobro upoznato s radom opreme za zavarivanje ili rezanje plazmom.Neispravan rad s opremom može dovesti do opasnih situacija koje mogu imati za posljedicu ozljedu operatorai oštećenje opreme.
1. Svi koji koriste opremu za zavarivanje ili rezanje plazmom moraju poznavati:- njezin rad- mjesto prekida rada u slučaju opasnosti- njezinu unkciju- primjenjive sigurnosne mjere opreza- zavarivanje i / ili rezanje plazmom
2. Operator mora osigurati da:- nema neovlaštenih osoba unutar radnog prostora opreme u trenutku započinjanja rada.- nitko nije nezaštićen u trenutku pokretanja luka.
3. Radno mjesto mora:- odgovarati namjeni- ne smije biti na propuhu
4. Oprema za osobnu sigurnost:- Uvijek nosite preporučenu opremu za osobnu sigurnost kao što su sigurnosne naočale, odjeća otporna naplamen, sigurnosne rukavice.- Ne nosite slabo pričvršćene predmete kao što su šalovi, narukvice, prstenje itd. koji bi mogli zapeti ili izazvatiopekline.
5. Opće mjere opreza:- Provjerite je li povratni kabel čvrsto spojen.- Radove na visokonaponskoj opremi ož zo o kcrn krr.- Odgovarajuća oprema za gašenje požara mora biti jasno označena i nalaziti se u blizini.- Podmazivanje i održavanje n izvoditi na opremi tijekom rada.

Strujni sklop korišten u EPP-601 najčešće se naziva silazni pretvarač ili prekidač. Brzi elektronički prekidači uključuju se i
isključuju nekoliko tisuća puta u sekundi dajući izlazu električne impulse. Filterski sklop koji se prvenstveno sastoji od in-duktora (koji se katkad naziva prigušnica), pretvara impulse u razmjerno konstantan izlaz istosmjerne struje (DC).
Iako flterski induktor uklanja većinu kolebanja iz “prigušenog” izlaza elektroničkih prekidača, ostaju mala kolebanja izlazakoja se nazivaju valovitost. EPP-601 koristi patentirani električni sklop koji kombinira izlaz dva prekidača od kojih svaki dajepribližno polovicu ukupnog izlaza tako da reducira valovitost. Prekidači su sinkronizirani tako da, kad valovitost iz prvogprekidača povećava izlaz, drugi prekidač smanjuje izlaz. Rezultat je taj da valovitost iz jednog prekidača djelomično poni-štava valovitost iz drugog. Rezultat je krajnje niska valovitost s neprekinutim i stabilnim izlazom. Niska valovitost vrlo jepoželjna jer je njome često produljen vijek trajanja plamenika.
Donji grafkon pokazuje učinak ESAB-ove patentirane redukcije valovitosti uz pomoć dva sinkronizirana prekidača koji senaizmjenično uključuju. U usporedbi s dva prekidača koji se istovremeno uključuju, prekidači koji se naizmjenično uključu-
ju smanjuju valovitosti 4 do 10 puta.

Upravljački sklop sadrži regulacijska serva za oba prekidača. Sadrži i treći servo koji nadzire signal ukupne izlazne struje kojise vraća natrag s preciznim shuntom. Ovaj treći servo namješta serva dvaju prekidača kako bi se održala točno kontroliranaizlazna struja kojom upravlja signal reerentnog napona.
Sklopovlje reerentnog napona galvanski je izolirano od ostatka izvora napajanja. Izolacija sprečava probleme koji mogunastati iz petlji “uzemljenja”.
Svaki prekidač, lijevi glavni i desni pomoćni, sadrži vlastite PC ploče PWM / pobudni stupanj, montirane pokraj IGBT tranzi-stora. Sklopovlje daje PWM (širinsko-impulsna modulacija) signale uključivanja/isključivanja za pokretanje IGBT tranzisto-ra. Lijevi (glavni) PWM daje sinkronizirani taktni signal vlastitom sklopovlju pobudnog stupnja, kao i desnom (pomoćnom)sklopovlju pobudnog stupnja. Ovim sinkroniziranim signalom IGBT tranzistori s obostranog prekidača naizmjenično sma-
njuju izlaznu valovitost.
EPP-601 sadrži pojačanje kako bi se omogućilo približno 430 V DC za pokretanje luka. Nakon uspostavljanja luka rezanja,pojačanje se isključuje kontaktima na sklopniku (K10).
Polarizirani krug za zaštitu smanjuje tranzijentni prenapon nastao tijekom prekida luka rezanja. On također smanjuje tran-zijentni prenapon iz paralelnog izvora napajanja i time sprečava oštećenje izvora napajanja.
Sklop pilot-luka sastoji se od potrebnih komponenti za uspostavljanje pilot-luka. Ovaj sklop prekida se kad se uspostaviluk rezanja ili označavanja.

Blok shema EPP-601 (iza pododjeljka 4.1.) prikazuje glavne unkcionalne elemente izvora napajanja. Glavni transormator
T1 osigurava izolaciju od primarnog električnog voda kao i odgovarajući napon za sabirnicu *375 V DC. Sabirni ispravljačipretvaraju troazni izlaz T1 u sabirni napon *375 V. Kondenzatorski blok osigurava fltriranje i pohranu energije koja napajabrze elektroničke prekidače. Prekidači su IGBT tranzistori (bipolarni tranzistori s izoliranim pragom). *375 V sabirnica osi-gurava snagu i za lijevi (glavni) i za desni (pomoćni) prekidač.
Svaki prekidač sadrži IGBT tranzistore, poredne diode, Hallov senzor, flterski induktor i blokirajuće diode. IGBT tranzistorisu elektronički prekidači koji se na EPP-601 uključuju i isključuju 10 000 puta u sekundi (25 000 puta u sekundi u radu priniskoj struji i načinu rada označavanja). Oni daju impulse snage fltrirane pomoću induktora. Poredne diode osiguravajuput toka struje kad su IGBT tranzistori isključeni. Hallovi senzori su pretvornici struje koji nadziru izlazne struje i osiguravajusignal povratne veze za upravljački sklop.
Blokirajuće diode imaju dvije unkcije. Prvo, sprečavaju vraćanje 430 V DC iz sklopa pojačanja natrag na IGBT tranzistorei na *375 V sabirnicu. Drugo, osiguravaju međusobnu izolaciju dvaju prekidača. To omogućava neovisan rad svakog pre-
kidača i kad drugi prekidač ne radi.

To može variratiovisno o tome koji se plin, materijal i plamenik koriste. Postavljanje visoko/nisko (High/Low) navedeno je u podacima zarezanje koji su uključeni u uputama za uporabu plamenika. Kad je EPP-601 namješten na način rada označavanja, ovajprekidač mora biti u položaju “nisko”.

aOmea:Izvor napajanja EPP-601 inače je u “Rasponu slabe struje”, maksimalno 100 A. Vanjsko upravljanje mora osi-gurati spoj (kontaktno zatvaranje) između J1-R i J1-T za postavljanje izvora napajanja u “Raspon jake struje”,maksimalno 600 A. Ako će EPP-601 biti trajno uključen u “Rasponu jake struje”, premjestite crvenu žicu sTB8-1 na TB8-2. TB8 smješten je pri vrhu izvora napajanja sa stražnje strane metalne kutije u kojoj se nalazi
upravljačka PC ploča.
m - e-op konkorE-stop konektor omogućuje normalno zatvoreni kontakt E-stop prekidača. Kontakt je spojen na J4-A i J4-B. Kontakt se otvara
nakon što se pritisne E-stop dugme. To daje signal kontroli plazme da je izvor napajanja u E-stop stanju.
- e-op uE-stop dugme upravlja E-stop prekidačom. Kad je dugme pritisnuto prema unutra i E-stop stanje postoji koje sprečava daizvor napajanja daje proizvedenu energiju čak i kad je dan signal za startanje.

Prikazuju napon i amperažu pri rezanju. Ampermetar se može aktivirati preki-dačem Stvarno/namješteno (Actual/ preset) kad se ne reže kako bi se vidjelaprocjena struje rezanja prije početka rezanja.
K - Prekidač stvarno/namješteno (Actual/preset)
Kip prekidač stvarna/namještena amperaža, S4 standardno je namještenu položaj stalno (ACTUAL) (GORE). U tom položaju, IZLAZNI AMPERMETARpokazuje izlaznu struju rezanja.
U položaju PRESET (DOLJE), IZLAZNI AMPERMETAR pokazuje procijenjenuizlaznu struju rezanja nadziranjem rezanja 0,00 do 10,00 V DC ili označavanjasignala reerentne struje (Vre ). Reerentni signal dolazi sa POTENCIOMETRASTRUJE s prekidačem PANEL / REMOTE u položaju PANEL (GORE) i s udaljenogreerentnog signala (J1-J / J1-L(+)) s prekidačem PANEL / REMOTE u položajuREMOTE (DOLJE). Vrijednost prikazana na IZLAZNOM AMPERMETRU bit ćevrijednost procijenjene stvarne izlazne struje za oba načina rada (Hi i Lo).
Prekidač se može bilo kad prebacivati između položaja stvarno i namještenobez utjecaja na postupak rezanja.

1. EPP-601 radi u načinu rada rezanje u dva raspona struje. Raspon slabe struje je 35-100 A što odgovara VREF
signalu od3,50-10,00 V. U rasponu jake struje, izlazna struja je neprekidno podesiva od 50 A do 600 A koristeći potenciometar naprednjoj ploči ili udaljeni reerentni signal struje unesen u konektor J1. EPP-601 namješten je na način rada rezanja urasponu slabe struje. Za rad na način rezanja u rasponu jake struje osigurajte 115VAC za J1-T spajanjem J1-% na J1-R saizoliranim kontaktom.
Kod korištenja daljinskog signala, 50A odgovara reerentom signalu struje od 0,625 V DC, a 600 A odgovara signalu od7,50 V DC. Za signale iznad 7,50 V, izvor napajanja iznutra ograničava izlaznu struju na tipičnu vrijednost od 680 A.
EPP-601 namješten je na način rada rezanja dok ne dobije upravljački signal iz daljinskog upravljanja za načina radaoznačavanja.
2. Izvor napajanja namješten je na način rada označavanja s vanjskim izoliranim relejom ili prekidačkim kontaktom kojispaja J1-R (115 VAC) i J1-M. Vidi shematski prikaz koji se nalazi unutar stražnjeg poklopca. Zatvaranje ovog kontaktamora se izvršiti prije (50mS ili više) izdavanja naredbe Start (Uključen sklopnik).
U načinu rada označavanja, izlazna struja namještena je u jednom neprekidno podesivom rasponu od 10 A do 100 Akoristeći potenciometar na prednjoj ploči ili udaljeni signal reerentne struje unesen u sklopnik J1. EPP-601 automatskiprebacuje na raspon slabe struje u načinu rada označavanja.
U rasponu slabe struje, kod korištenja daljinskog signala, 10A odgovara reerentom signalu struje od 1,00V DC, a 100 Aodgovara signalu od 10,00 V DC. U rasponu jake struje, kod korištenja daljinskog signala reerentne struje (V
REF), izlazna
struja od 50 do 600 A odgovara reerentnom signalu od 0,625 do 7,50 V DC. Za reerentne signale iznad 7,50 V, izvornapajanja ograničava izlaznu struju na tipičnu vrijednost od 680 A.
U načinu rada označavanja, pojačanje koje se koristi za pokretanje luka u načinu rada rezanja, isključuje se. Nastali na-pon otvorenog kruga je približno 360 V pri nazivnom naponu ulaznog voda*. Osim toga, K12 se zatvara spajajući R60preko R67 u izlazni sklop. Pomoću ovih otpornika, stabilizira se izlaz za slabe struje označavanja. Izvor napajanja možepostići izlaz od 10-100 A pri 100% opterećenju u načinu rada označavanja.
Izlaz od 10 A omogućuju otpornici R60-R67. Tvornička postavka minimalne početne struje (SW2) je 5 A. Prema zadanimpodešenjima prekidača dva (SW2) na kontrolnoj PC ploči postavljenoj iza pristupnog poklopca na gornjem desnomdijelu prednje ploče, prekidači 5, 6, 7 i 8 su isključeni (o) (dolje).

1. Uključite struju zatvaranjem prekidača voda (zida). (EPP-601nema prekidač za uključivanje/isključivanje (ON/OFF)). Lampi-ca glavnog napajanja svijetlit će, a lampica kvara će bljeskati,a zatim će se ugasiti.
2.3. Odaberite podešenje Panel / Remote.4. Namjestite prekidač High/Low pilot-luka. Ako je prekidač
pilot-luka namješten na daljinsko upravljanje, prekidač morabiti u položaju “Low”. (Vidi podatke za rezanje u uputama zaplamenik.)
5. Ako se koristi način rada s ploče, pogledajte namještenuamperažu s prekidačem ACTUAL/PRESET AMPS. Namještajtestruju dok se na ampermetru ne pokaže približno željenavrijednost. Ako se koristi daljinski način rada, postavljanjeprekidača za stvarnu/namještenu amperažu u položaj namje-štena amperaža omogućava daljinsko upravljanje početnomizlaznom strujom.
6. Započnite rezanje plazmom. To može uključivati ručno na-
mještanje drugih mogućnosti, ovisno o ukupnom paketuplazme.7. Ako se koristi način rada s ploče, nakon što rezanje započne,
podesite struju na željenu vrijednost.8. Ako rezanje ili označavanje na započne, provjerite lampicu
kvara. Ako lampica kvara svijetli, pogledajte dio koji se odnosina uklanjanje kvarova.

vated.ForK15toactivate,S5,theE-Stopswitchonthefrontpanelmustbeclosed.Also,thePlasmaControlmustcomplete
theE-stoploopbyclosinganisolatedcontactbetweenJ1-EandJ1-F.
TheE-StopswitchisclosedwhenevertheE-Stopbutton,onthefrontpanel,ispulledout.Fortroubleshootingpurposes
only,ajumpercanbeconnectedbetweenTB8-18andTB8-19.Ifajumperisinstalled,itMUSTberemovedbeforeplacing
