FLAG Resin is a medium body resin designed to perform as an adhesive and structural laminating foundation. Offers easy fiberglass wet-out and is a thicker formula to prevent sagging. Recommended for gluing, laminating, structural repairs, barrier coatings and cold molding. FLAG resin is more reactive and minimizes slumping on vertical surfaces when mixed with Medium Hardener. FLAG/Medium Hardener is our top recommendation for filled applications.

Offers easy fiberglass wet-out and near perfect conditions for gluing and laminating. It can be cured in a wide temperature range forming high strength solids with excellent moisture resistance. Ideal for fiberglass repairs, saturation coating, sealing wood and vacuum bagging. LV resin is an excellent option for thin-film flow and self leveling traits. For laminating applications we recommend using our LV Resin with our Slow Hardener.

Offers extended gel time for controlled working and cure times. We recommend using our Slow Hardener with our Low Viscosity Resin for large surface coating and laminating. For-mulations cure blush-free and eliminate the need for time consuming wash down during on-going laminations or repetitive build coats.

Offers excellent gel and thin set times that are ideal for filleting and fairing. We recommend using our Medium Hardener when overnight sanding is more important than open work time. Medium Hardener also provides a beautifully smooth, void free finish with great resistance to milking out during application.


Offers our quickest ambient temperature hardener. We recommend using our Fast Hardener for hardware bonding, spot filling, fairing and high strength secondary bonding. Fast Hardener allows for overnight curing in low temperature conditions.

When used with the Traditional Marine Resin, our Clear Marine Hardener is a non-blushing, low viscosity, low odor epoxy coating system that may be used for a wide variety of applications. Our Time Saving Epoxy Adhesives are the perfect all around Paste Epoxy for hundreds of applications. These easy to use, two-part epoxy adhesives, can be dispensed from a standard caulk gun eliminating mess and preparation. When dispensing, both resin and hardener begin to mix through the static mixer around 1200 times, giving you the correct consistency of material. Available in 185 ml and 450 ml cartridges equipped with two static mixers.

Adhesive: Bond to all types of material. Best on concrete, cement, brick or slate.Sealant: Sidewalks, seams, door frames, garage floor, steps etc.Filler: Holes, seams, cracks etc.

Gluzilla contains one part FLAG Resin and one part Slow Hardener with Colloidal Silica as an additive. Gluzilla is ideal for structural bonding, filling and filleting. Dispenses as an opaque color with Vaseline like consistency.

Crackzilla consists of one part Low Viscosity Resin and one part Medium Hardener with no additives. Crackzilla is thin and has self leveling traits. Dispenses as a clear, thin gel ideal for filling cracks in concrete, brick, etc.

Potable Water & Fuel Tank Resin

Potable Water and Fuel Tanks should be constructed with materials that meet the Federal Guidelines as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations 21 Parts 170-199 to assure safety in the drinking water from residue from the construction materials. The tanks when built with systems that meet these requirements should be eligible for certification by NSF in the full laminate form. We recommend the following products for use in construction and repair of potable water tanks.


Potable Water Tank Resin

MAS Potable Water Tank Resin is a low viscosity epoxy laminating resin designed for building integral fiberglass potable water tanks.

This resin is formulated entirely with substances that comply with U.S. FDA Regulations 21 CFR 171.105 and 21 CFR 171.300 for adhesives and coatings that may be safely used as components of articles intended for use in packaging, transporting or holding food.

MAS Potable Water Tank Resin produces a tough fiberglass laminate with good chemical resistance. It is not recommended for use as a secondary coating to finish or repair existing integral potable water tanks constructed with other materials.

MAS Fuel Tank Resin is a low viscosity epoxy laminating resin designed for building integral fiberglass fuel tanks. It has outstanding chemical resistance to diesel fuel and gasoline.

When used as a laminating resin to construct integral fiberglass fuel tanks, MAS Fuel Tank Resin will prevent the migration of fuels and other liquids into the laminate or core of fiberglass and cold molded wooden boats.

It is not recommended for use as a secondary coating to finish or repair existing integral fuel tanks constructed with other materials.

Coat new wood and damaged areas creating a 100% waterproof sound base for paint and additional repairs. Available in 1.5 pint, 1.5 quart and half gallon kits.

Penetrating Epoxy Sealer

Penetrating Epoxy Sealer is particularly valuable when damage is limited to a portion of an otherwise sound component; or in cases where the damaged piece would be impossible or too costly to replace.

MAS Penetrating Epoxy Sealer is a low-viscosity epoxy formulation that penetrates deep into rotten or damaged wood, restoring structure and providing a solid base for additional repairs. The penetrating power of this epoxy resin system is superior to most competing products on the market, but can be dramatically improved by diluting it with common paint solvents such as denatured alcohol, lacquer thinner or acetone. The mixed epoxy and hardener may be diluted with as much as an equal volume of solvent. This simple solution doubles the penetrating power of the MAS penetrating Epoxy Sealer.

Ideal for projects such as:

MAS Table Top Epoxy Resin System is a 100% solid, two-component, 1:1 ratio by volume, room temperature curing epoxy resin system for coating bar tops and table tops. It cures to a clear, glass like finish that resists scratching and yellowing. The system demonstrates excellent anti-blushing properties and will not distort with age.

MIX: Combine Part A with Part B (1:1) ratio in a mixing cup and stir. (Dust free environment)

APPLY: Pour epoxy onto surface in a “S” formation. Spread epoxy with a foam tipped brush onto surface.

FINISH: Let epoxy set for 5 minutes. Take a propane torch 6”- 8” above the surface to release bubbles.

Application Instructions

Fairing Compound & Aqua Zone

MAS Fairing Compound is a lightweight two-component epoxy putty that can be used for fairing, filling, shaping and repair. It has a convenient 1 to 1 mix ratio by volume and consists of one part yellow to one part blue, when mixed the compound turns green in color to ensure it is properly mixed. It has excellent sag resistance for application to vertical or inclined surfaces and is easily to sand when cured. Available in pint, quart, gallon kits and available in 185 ml cartridge that fits any standard caulk gun.

At 70°F MAS Fairing Compound is sand-able in just 6 hours. It also has excellent moisture resistance and can be used above or below the water line on a variety of substrates; including fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), aluminum, steel and wood.

Fairing Compound

MIX: Combine Part A with Part B 1:1 ratio and mix substance until it turns green in color.

APPLY: Sand surface that needs to be faired and spread compound with a plastic squeegee above or below the water line.

FINISH: Let Fairing Compound cure. At 70˚ (6 hours) cure time. Once cured, begin sanding residue away.

Aqua Zone is a versatile, 1:1 epoxy putty for use above or below the water line. With its high impact and abrasion resistance, this quick and easy repair putty is ideal for many applications.

The versatility of this epoxy putty is what makes it a necessary product to have on board and readily available. With the ability to cure underwater, Aqua Zone lends itself to be a quick fix repair putty.

Aqua Zone is applied by hand mixing the resin and hardener (1:1) until putty turns a consistent green color. Once mixed, it is ready to fill, seal, patch or re-build aluminum, concrete, wood, metal, fiberglass and steel. Once cured, Aqua Zone’s hard surface can be tapped, machined and drilled.

Infucure and Infures System

Mix Ratio:• Ambient System mix ratio is 100 parts INFURES to 30 parts INFUCURE Hardeners. • The hardener is a two component system with varying ratios of INFUCURE and Fast Hardener depending on the project and conditions.• The INFUCURE Hardener should be accelerated with MAS Fast Hardener.

Applications:• Vacuum Assisted RTM and Infusion processes• RTM Laminates• Casting and Tooling

MAS Epoxies “Infusion” Systems are formulated especially to meet the demands of high performance composite construction. Vacuum RTM and all infusion production will benefit from the easy handling, exceptional strength and toughness of the INFUCURE Systems.

Infusion Systems

INFUCURE HT Epoxy curing agent has been designed as an alternative to aromatic amines. Chemically, it is bis-(p-aminocyclohexy) methane. INFUCURE HT requires an elevated temperature cure.

Keel FillerMAS Keel Filler is a lightweight epoxy paste designed to fill structural framework in the keel area of a hull. In addition to providing a smooth, finished appearance, it provides all the benefits of a syntactic epoxy foam; high strength, stiffness, thermal stability, creep resistance, low shrinkage and water resistance.

MAS Keel Filler can be applied to vertical surfaces without slumping, will remain workable for up to 1 hours after application and will cure to a usable hardness in 12-16 hours. It can be used to finish new hulls or for restoration and repair.
