Epoxy Pipe Lining Technology
ABOUT US
Nu Flow install innovative technologies to
rehabilitate failing or deteriorating piping
systems. These technologies are non-invasive,
in-situ, and offer a ‘greener’ alternative to pipe
replacements. We are specialists in small
diameter pipe rehabilitation and offer bespoke
services for large diameter pipelines also.
Nu Flow is a member of the Aquam Group,
offering 300 years of accumulated experience
in the water and gas pipeline industry.
BACKGROUND
Over 300 Nu Flow licensees worldwide
Approximately 25,000+ piping systems
rehabilitated every year using Nu Flow’s
technologies
Epoxies have an estimated 80 year lifespan
and a corporate warranty rate of <1%
ABOUT NU LINE TECHNOLOGY
A patented ‘blown-in’ epoxy lining system
developed in 1987 for the U.S. Navy Aircraft
Carriers.
A non-invasive process that uses epoxy to
coat the inside walls of pipes without
destruction to interior or exterior surfaces of
building structures, hardscape, or landscape.
A long term solution that restores and
preserves the life of the existing pipe system.
For use on all pipe materials ranging from
13mm (½”) to 300mm (12”).
VERSATILE APPLICATIONS

CASE STUDY: MAYNOOTH UNIVERSITY
Distributary heat system pipe
with diameter transitioning
from 75mm (3”) to 50mm (2”)
Aged system was severely
corroded
Located beneath the University
campus’ swimming pool
building
Nu Line installed to
rehabilitate the system using
existing access points
CASE STUDY: SARAFSA SUPERYACHT
Potable water system on €250 million superyacht
was compromised due to severe internal corrosion
Pipe replacement would have been three times
more expensive, taken months to complete and
would have been extremely destructive to the
expensive on-board furnishings
Nu Flow successfully cleaned and coated 110m of
60mm (2 ½”) and 75mm (3”) potable water pipes
No destruction was caused to the interior or
exterior of the majestic yacht and works were
completed in less than ten days
CASE STUDY: MARITIME HOTEL
Mains, cold and grey water systems running throughout
this 4 star hotel were compromised due to pin hole leaks
and vastly reduced water pressure
Pipes ranged in diameter from 75mm (3”) to 100mm (4”)
Pipe replacement would have required the hotel to close
for approximately six weeks
Nu Flow successfully cleaned and coated the entire
system using Nu Line technology
The hotel was able to remain in operation while works
were carried out and no disruption or inconvenience was
caused to guests during this time
CASE STUDY: PRESTIGIOUS HAMPSHIRE HOME
Hot and cold potable water lines flowing through the
prestigious house.
Pipework had been the subject of extensive pitting and
corrosion over a number of years, causing numerous leaks
and damage to internal furnishings.
Pipe replacement would have caused destruction to the
internal and external furnishings in the house, taken
months to complete, and would have been significantly
more expensive.
Nu Flow’s skilled technicians cleaned the inside of the
pipes using a sand based material and compressed air, and
successfully lined the system using ‘Nu Line’ technology.
