E&O HIGHLIGHTS

A djusted revenue for the Group at RM478,192 million was 44% higher than the RM331,777

million achieved in the corresponding period of financial year 2012.

“The Group has performed solidly in the first half of the financial year and we have moved into the second half on a positive note,” says E&O’s Deputy Managing Director, Eric Chan.

“Our unbilled sales as at 20 November 2012 is already close to RM1 billion,” he notes.

E&O’s recent launch of the second tower of Andaman condominiums at Seri Tanjung Pinang is more than 50% sold, with the final tower targeted for release in 2013. E&O is also targeting soft launches for The Mews condominiums, its latest offering in the Kuala Lumpur city centre, as well as at the Medini Integrated Wellness Centre in Iskandar Malaysia.
