> Effectiveness verification of this stimulative preparation was performed on growth and yield of tomatoes (Solanum Lycopersicum L.), hybrid cultivar of indeterminate type called Tornado.The effect of verified preparation was compared against the not-to-apply combination.

Vegetative examination was based on common trial medium-weight soil with response of pH = 5,6. > Preparation was applied by a solution diluted in the ratio 1:200 on a leaf in roughly four monthly intervals, when also a vegetative sighting was conducted and rating conformable with guideline for biological efficiency tests of the stimulators, supplementary soil substances, auxiliary vegetable preparations and the substrates during the registration. > Ripe fruits were continuously harvested in consumption maturity. Every collection was weighted apart. Furthermore, it was tracked a number of cincinnus on plant and the plant altitude – 4x along the vegetation in monthly intervals.> At collation of fruits treated with VERMAKTIV Stimul and untreated control samples it was ascertained, that nutrient content in dry matter almost does not differ. Minimum differences are in hundredths per cent order by both directions. However, in case of a quantity of the dry matter in fruits, it is already a ratio of 6,13:6,42 in behalf of the stimulated sample. Also the content of the nitrates is deeply under the permitted standard (83,8g to 88,2g of permitted 400 mg/Kg of fresh matter). > However, considerable difference was ascertained in fresh matter yield, where compared to the Control Sample was measured 132,4 % growth in behalf of sample treated by VERMAKTIV Stimul.

AUXINS> Of all the plant hormones were first discovered by auxins. For years it was known actually only one substance of this type, namely, §-indoleacetic acid (§-IAA, abbreviated IAA). Today we know that in plants there are at least three other organic acids with similar effect: > 4-chlorindolylacetic acid > β-indolebutyric acid > Phenylacetic acid

In addition, we find other three very similar compounds in the plants, but are considered only a precursor of auxins (Indole Acetaldehyde, Indole Acetonitrile and Indole ethanol).Very easily oxidize to IAA.

We know, however, some artificially prepared substances having an effect characteristic of auxins - the aromatic compounds with carboxyl group, which are two essential prerequisites to affect the receptors in the plant (e.g. §-naphthaleneacetic acid, § -NAA).

Of all the named auxins and their precursors we have the most knowledge about the formation, transport and degradation of Indoleacetic acid.Its synthesis is possible in several ways, based on the amino acid of Tryptophan. Enzymes that are involved in this synthesis are the most active in young plant growing parts. The Apical Meristems in the aboveground parts and young leaves are thus the main areas of synthesis of IAA. Degradation of IAA usually starts with a loss of carboxyl group.

In addition to synthesis speed control and IAA degradation, a plant can control its concentration through temporary inactivation by bouding to some organic compounds, especially to sugars and amino acids. From these conjugates are then easily released IAA by hydrolytic enzymes. Bound IAA is of great importance as a storage form that can be stored in the seeds and rapidly activated during germination. TRANSPORT OF IAA in a plant has several peculiarities. Unlike most other metabolites, only rarely is usually found in the Bas or in the Xylem. Most it is conducted by the parenchymatic cells in the vicinity of vascular bundles. This transport is relatively slow (only about 10mm per hour) and requires metabolic energy.

The plasma membrane it overcomes with symport containing hydrogen ions. Another special feature is significantly polar nature of the IAA transport - in the aboveground parts is always moving from the growth peak and the young leaves towards the roots (means Basipetally). This transport method necessitates a certain degree of polarization mode plasma membrane (her different transport properties in different parts of cells). Speed of auxin transport can be significantly influenced by the action of some specific metabolites, especially from the flavonoids group.

Effects of the auxins on the plant processes are extremely multilateral.The best known is the extensive growth stimulation of cells, partly cutting even the speed, often already at a concentration of 10-8 M. Similarly, it is well researched positive effect of increased concentrations of auxins on root growth, particularly in the frequency of branching and the formation of adventitious roots. This property has a wide practical use in rooting cuttings of plants (usually the most effective is Indolebutyric acid).

Effect of the auxins on cell activities in the natural conditions applies also in injuries, when they stimulate production of the protective layer of the suberized cells closing the wound. But it was found that the effect of auxins on the process of division occurs only in the presence of other phytohormone of the Cytokinin group. Auxins may also influence the formation of some other Phytohormones (e.g. Ethylene, which has a predominantly inhibitory effect) and thus act indirectly through an intermediary.

Auxins are also involved in the management processes by which plant respond to the unilateral action of the environment (Gravitropism, Phototropism). These will be discussed in more detail in subsequent chapters. Difficult to explain the quotient of auxins in apical dominance of growth (inhibitory effect growing on top of low-lying buds), which is a common phenomenon in plants. According to the original idea was „the domination“ of the peak Meristem explained by a high concentration of the auxins transported from the top of the vegetation.

As is known, too high concentration of the auxins (approx. above 10-4 M) may have been significantly inhibitory effects on growth. Thus, it could also hinder the development of low-lying buds. Recent findings suggest rather to the detriment of classical auxin theory - between the degree of inhibition of buds and flow rate of native auxin wasn’t found positive dependence. On the other hand, we know that a certain proportion/share of auxin in apical dominance is no doubt. He is probably in interaction with other Phytohormones, or indirectly by regulating the translocation of the substances in bast.

Very difficult to explain is also the action mechanism of the auxins in the cells. Stimulation of extensive growth is traditionally explained by the influence of the auxins on cell wall stretch. This is probably due to reduced pH in the cell wall, as a result of acceleration of the transport of hydrogen ions through the action of auxin plasmalemma by stimulatory effect of the auxins on the activity of the proton pumps. This effect is not direct, but mediated through the auxin receptors in the plasma membrane and a string of the secondary mediators in the cell.

Modern research is not limited to changes in the cell wall properties, but also on the intracellular processes that may be under their influence. It has been proved that auxins are able to rapidly change gene activity (especially at the level of transcription). There has been isolated several proteins out of the plasma membrane that may serve as IAA receptors. But we still do not know precisely the signal transmission process, but it is very likely mechanism for Phospholipid, which was already mentioned in the general introduction.
