Two sections of sleep

Deep sleep (Sleep of brain)

1.Body and brain work slowly

2.It can heal the damage when we are awake.

REM sleep (Sleep of body)

1.Rapid Eye Movement sleep

2.Our eyes move back and forth quickly.

3.We might dream , move and speak in this time.

The cycle of sleep.

The cycle of sleep is 90 minutes, 4-5 times every night.

The cycle of sleep:

Transition stage (First stage)→ Shallow sleep stage (Second stage)→ Deep sleep stage (Third, forth stage)→ Shallow sleep stage→ REM sleep stage

How important sleep is!!

We spend 2920 hours sleeping every year, and spend one-third of our life sleeping.

Improve our health.

Extend our life.

Clear our tiredness.

Save our energy.

Clear our stress.

Fight against illness.

Sleep is more important than food.

How to sleep well??

Relax before you sleep.

Listen to music.

Exercise every day.

Take a bath.

Stop smoking.

A good bedroom.

Conclusion

We spend one-third of our life sleeping. The else of our life might be more important that the one-third of our life. But we can found out if we didn’t sleep well during the one-third of our life, then we won’t live well during the else of our life!!
