• The program is partially financed by the

European Union through the European

Social Fund and partially financed by the

Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs

and Equal Opportunities.

• The operation has been carried out in

2013 in complete Republic of Slovenia

• RCR is lead partner of the program

• Other 11 Slovenian regions are partners

in the program

WHAT WE OFFER

• Employment in agency for 4 months

• Assistance of the trainers/mentors (internal and external)

• Experienced senior entrepreneurs and managers as mentors

• Training of acquired knowledge and skills that are necessary

for the development of entrepreneurial ideas

• External trainings

• Advanced jobs applications and contact potential employers

INDICATORS

Expected results of the program are:

At least 35 % of participants in the program PVSP 2013/2014 have to be:

• self-employed

• employed in their company or

• employed at other employers

They have to meet these requirements

in 12 months after completing the

program.

Why is the program successful?

• Participants are employed in the Agency and are developing only theirown business ideas

• Content of the program is flexible and addapted to each region and each group of participants

• Highly skilled mentors

• „trend in“ skills are used in the program (lean organization, designthinking, business models…)

• Program is strictly market-oriented

• Organization rules and results of program are strictly followed and monitored by leading partner

650 young participants will be included in the program to the end of the year 2014

66.9 % participants of the first group have successfully fulfilled expected goals;

• 42 participants (32,3 %) were employed

• 45 participants (34,6 %) started their own business

According to the results, the costs for opening of one working place is less than 25.000€

RETURN OF INVESTMENTS

Considering that:

• Over 60% of participants fulfill the target

• The newly crated jobs or employment with other employersgives taxes in national or local budget

• All taxes from costs coming out during training process

• no unemployment benefits are paid,

• no retraining investment are used,

• a real opportunity of new job openings in newly created businesses exists,

CBA shows, that the whole investment will return in less thanthree years.
