Balance is due by the event date. Any balance payments made within two weeks of the wedding must be paid via cash or certified bank check.

No hidden fees or taxes are ever applied.

4% processing fee for any credit card payments is required.

$200 travel fee will be charged for events over 50 miles that are one way away from Eclipse‘s location in Cranford, NJ. Anything from 100-200 miles will result in a $450 travel fee and anything over 200 miles must be negotiated. If the event requires an overnight stay, determined by Eclipse Events, the client will be responsible for all travel, accommodation fees and/or charges.

Services can be added at anytime, per their availability.

Clients may remove add-on services (right column pg 24) 6 months prior to the event date free of charge.

Overtime is $250 per employee, per hour and can be pro-rated by the half hour.

We allow our clients a 12 month window to postpone their event free of charge. All payments received will beshifted to their new event date. *Specific staff and services may not be guaranteed on your new date.

Photography can be subjective, so we suggest a one-on-one meeting to discuss your days formalities and locations to determine the best package.

Clients own the rights to their photos, they do not need to be purchased, nor will there be any wa-termarks on the photos - after all payments are made. Each event is given a custom online gallery with the ability to download all of the photos.
