Framing The Session

In this session we will:

1. Examine the three components to the Grade 8 Social Studies Exit Project.

2. Outline the subsequent seven sessions in which we explore how to integrate technology into the Grade 8 Social Studies Exit Project.

3. Create a sample project timeline using Microsoft Word.

Teaching

An Exit Project is a culminating project in which students explore a topic in social studies in depth.

Students research the topic and prepare a written, oral, and graphic presentation.
