Terms & Conditions Of Society Packages Society / large visiting party bookings will only be accepted on Tuesdays without exception. A society will be deemed to be 9 players or more. Fees are payable as per the package selected and detailed on the information sheet and booking application form. Discounts are offered for party size as detailed within the booking application form. Such discount is applicable to the actual playing number of the party on the day of the visit and not that number booked for the party. Where the actual playing party on the day differs from that booked discounts allocated will be re-calculated accordingly for the actual playing party on the day of the visit. Crewe Golf Club members may not be included within numbers of players for discount purposes unless paying a full package price. A date for a visit may only be provisionally booked upon receipt of the returned booking application form with all sections completed and signed. A non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per person is applicable to all bookings. Bookings shall not be deemed to be confirmed until such deposit has been paid and as such the date will be held provisionally for 14 days after receipt of the booking application form and will be released thereafter if the deposit is not received in full. Prior to commencing play the balance of the complete package cost shall be paid in full to the Secretary at the office in the clubhouse. Play will not be allowed to commence without such payment. All players must have recognised handicaps, be familiar with the rules of golf and must adhere strictly to the dress code and etiquette on the golf course and in the clubhouse. There is a no smoking policy within our main lounge and dining area which must be adhered to. Crewe Golf Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained on it's premises irrespective of it's nature and therefore all societies must make their own arrangements for suitable insurance cover for all members and guests of their party. Crewe Golf Club Dress Code & Etiquette No denim or tracksuits. Shorts must be tailored and worn with sports socks or knee length hose. Trousers must not be tucked into socks. No football or other team replica type shirts to be worn other than those of a golfing nature i.e. Ryder Cup. Shirts must have a collar or polo neck and sleeves and must be tucked into trousers or shorts. Hats and caps are to be worn in the correct manner. Golf shoes and not trainers or other footwear must be worn on the course. The above applies to the course and clubhouse except that no hats or golf shoes shall be worn in the clubhouse.
