FALAR - ObjectivesTo meet the two (2)-day plan review time requirement of

the DILG through the BFP.To ensure effective compliance on the provisions of the Fire

Code of the Philippines. To ensure high reliability of the active and passive fire

protection appurtenancesTo help BFP personnel better appreciate and understand

the fire protection and life safety measures adopted on every building.

To be able to conduct more efficient regular annual inspection by the BFP personnel, which will result in an increase in the number of buildings inspected by the same number of fire safety inspectors.
