Nova-Ideo
Nova-Ideo: the foundation
Nova-Ideo is based around four activities:
- any member of the web application may come up with ideas, which may be taken up in proposals,
- working groups may be formed to improve and finalise raw proposals and submit them for evaluation,
- positive or negative evaluations are given to proposals,
- review panels produce assessments of proposals, which are submitted to them ranked in order of preference.
