WATER AND WASTE MANAGEMENT

Water Management❑ Self sufficient ability❑ Transform sea water into clean

water❑ Connected to every main pipe

of the city

Page 11: English presentation-2 green-buildings

RECYCLE OF WASTE WATER

❑Underground automated waste converted system

❑Benefit : * No more landfill area * Pollution reduced

TransportationMost transport media in use today are generally fossil fuel

powered. We are trying to reduce the uses of fossil fuel and encourage to use renewable forms of energy .

TODAY

❑ Petrol❑ Diesel❑ Natural gas❑ Coal

FUTURE

Page 21: English presentation-2 green-buildings

PERFORMANCE OF NEW TECHNOLOGY MAGNETIC LEVITATION

❑High speed❑ Low gravity

❑The magnetic field between the railway and the train.

Page 22: English presentation-2 green-buildings

❑Energy management includes planning and operation of energy production and energy consumption units.

❑ We can build the solar panels and wind turbine apart of the city which can help us to provide electrical energy and reduce the pollution in our environment

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Page 23: English presentation-2 green-buildings

❑ Every building and houses in the city must have a generator which can provide and receive electricity. Besides ,the generator can be use to store electricity at daytime and use it at night.

Page 24: English presentation-2 green-buildings

❑The rescue team must arrive at the first moment

❑Use plane to increase the speed to reach the location.

❑Use robot as a rescue team

DISASTER RELIEF

Page 25: English presentation-2 green-buildings

❑ Food

❑Clean water

❑Medicine treatment

❑ Plane & Ship

Page 26: English presentation-2 green-buildings

❑ A structure and construction processes that is environmentally responsible and resource efficient throughout a building’s life-cycle.

WHAT IS A GREEN BUILDINGS?

Page 27: English presentation-2 green-buildings

❑ Designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment.

WHY GREEN BUILDINGS?

Page 28: English presentation-2 green-buildings

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE?

❑ ENERGY MANAGEMENT * Solar Energy System * Effective Window Placement( Day lighting)

❑ WATER EFFICIENCY * Rainwater Harvesting Systems * Tank less Water Heaters❑ Go Green Program

Page 29: English presentation-2 green-buildings

ENERGY MANAGEMENT❑ SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM * Photovoltaic cells converts sunlight into electricity. * Free and environmental friendly. * Provides clean and renewable energy. * Operating and maintenance costs are low.

Page 30: English presentation-2 green-buildings

Effective window placement (Daylighting)

❑ Practice of placing windows or other openings and reflective surfaces so that during the day natural lights provides effective internal lighting.

❑ Maximizes visual comfort.❑ Reduce uses of artificial lighting(electric).

Page 31: English presentation-2 green-buildings

GO GREEN PROGRAM❑ Build and design parks on buildings, condominiums and houses.❑ Using plant and trees as green roofs and rain gardens.❑ Have a mini garden/parks in public area like shopping malls,

airports and hospitals for the public to enjoy and relax the green environment.

❑ Encourage the public, residents and workers to plant plants in the park.

Page 32: English presentation-2 green-buildings

RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEMS AND TANKLESS WATER HEATERS.

❑ Collect rainwaters from roofs and store it in a water tank.❑ Water collected can be used for purposes such as toilets and

sprinkler systems.❑ Tank less water heaters saves energy costs as it only heats up

only that much amount of water needed.❑ Get ample storage place by eliminating the hot water tank.
