Format: «storytelling» in kitchen

Why Cook&Talk?

- For communication and social networking withforeigners and residents of Moscow;- Practicing English for Russian participantswhile cooking new dishes;- The Cook&Talk format is a small and informal gathering of people who wish a cosy, warm atmosphere;- Cook&Talk represents a hero as an ambassador of unique culture;- It’s on demand and allows maximum integrationfor everyone, create a comfortable environmentfor communication of introverts and extroverts;

Unlike cooking schools which are currently in facion, this project primarily teaches people to communicate.

Food – is a great way to introduce the hero, his path, interests and characteristics of the culture he represents. Kitchen is a place where all are equal, where the atmosphere of comfort is melting the ice and destroys the barriers and stereotypes.

What is Cook&Talk?

The hero of the meeting is chosen by the diversity of culture he/she represents and the story he/she wishes

to share with Moscow residents. It is not required for him/her to be a super-chef, just to recall one favorite

grandmother's dish and prepare it with the guests of the evening,

telling the story and answering curious questions.

Cook & Talk already took place in the kitchen of Theatre of Taste, Telegraph DI,

Impact Hub Moscow, as well as repeatedly becoming a partner in the

organization of urban activities such as charity fair ”Heart2Heart Bazaar"

(2011/2012), Easter gatherings in the park "Krasnaya Presnya" (2013/2014 )
