Throu0h brainstormin0 o* the proponents, 5e came up to this project
proposal namely, @A Proposed !hoe *or Ne5 Born Babies2 This aims to pre4ent
babies9 health problems arisin0 *rom their *eet such as hand, *oot and mouth
disease, athlete9s *oot, irritations and incorrect outtoein0 o* babies9 *eet2 This
product 5ill be an alternati4e to ordinary baby shoes in the mar:et2 It is actually
a soc:, desi0ned to loo: li:e a shoe that is made up o* cotton *abric and other
baby s:in*riendly materials more com*ortable than ordinary shoes 5hich are
composed o* hard leather and synthetic components that may cause irritations,
rashes and sometimes athlete9s *oot to babies2
The proponents made consideration o* the tar0et mar:et, competitors,
bene*its and ris:s, costs and resources, and concepts *or this project proposal2
%enefits
This project proposal aims to bene*it the tar0et mar:et, parents, especially their babies2 It may pre4ent health problems o* babies that are
caused by their *eet2 This 5ill also bene*it parents 5ho are unable to buy costly
shoes *or their babies due to bud0et shorta0e2 It is a shoedesi0ned soc: 5hich
is *ashionable and 5ill eliminate the need to buy costly shoes2 The soc:s can
also used *or a lon0 run that can be the best bene*it *or a practical mom2
,is=s
The ris: that the project proposal may encounter is the a00ressi4e
competition in the mar:et2 ther businessmen may also came up to a product
same as the project proposal2 They may also imitate the product to a point that it
5ill be hard to claim it as authentically ours, i* they ma:e impro4ements and
other desi0ns2 Another ris: 5ill be the demand because in the Philippines there
is a lo5 income *or a normal *amily to purchase o* product li:e this 5hich means
that 5e the proponents need to adjust in order that a normal *amily can a**ord to
buy this2
