Problems!!The wind changed the construction and design process! The stack effect is the movement of wind in and out of a building and was also a major

factor in building The Burj Khalifa

It was not easy for the Engineers when building this Beautiful building! They Faced many

problems when building the Burj Khalifa! Things

Like wind and heat got in the way!

Problems faced while building the Burj Khalifa

Heat Dubai is an extremely hot city so the engineers had to deal with the cement drying too fast so they poured iced concrete

onto the building in order to stop it drying too

quickly!!!

THE BURJ KHALIFA

We all know that the Burj Khalifa is the tallest building right now, but not for long!

The Kingdom Tower is on the way up and it is going to be

1km high! It is being constructed in Saudi Arabia

at a cost of 1.2billion dollars! We hope to see the Kingdom

Tower in 2017.
