• Use the Technical Guidelines on how to fill in and submit
• All the fields marked in red are compulsory
Important!• One application for the whole partnership. Submitted by the
coordinator and to the appropriate NA
• Multiple submissions of same application = rejection
• Important! Applications sent by post, courier service, fax or email will not be accepted
• Deadline for call 2015: 30th of April, 12:00 Brussels time

Applicant organisation (=the coordinator) submits the application form to the National Agency of the country in which the organisation is established

The assessment includes:
• A formal check of eligibility and exclusion criteria (p.233-234)
• A quality assessment of the content (Guide on Quality Assessment)

Relevance (30 p. min 15p.)
Quality of the project design and implementation (20 p. min 10p.)
Quality of the project team and the cooperation arrangements (20 p. min 10p.)
Impact and dissemination (30 p. min 15p.)
Coordinating country NA makes the grant decision for the whole project on the basis of:
• Ranking after highest score
• Budget of the specific Action
Decision is sent to coordinator who informs partners
Final decision
• Multiple submission of the same application
• Submission after deadline
• Not using E-forms
• Not using the correct E-form
• Not addressing to at least one horizontal priority or at least one field-specific priority
