Perhaps the most important decade is upon usas Skål membership worldwide, including the USA, continuesto decline, clubs are closing and more competition is growingin many seasoned and successful Skål club markets. However,there are positive signs, as the recent Skål International WorldCongress was a success; meeting host, Skål USA NewOrleans, continues to grow, with almost 90 members. SkålBoston, Skål Orlando and other clubs are reaching recordmembership levels and nearby Skål Canada is addingmembers and clubs as well as many European and Asianregions.
