PENTRON C HO ECOLOGIC lamps provide constant light output over a wide temperature range – at least 90% of full light

output from 10°C to 70°C (50°F to 158°F) – through the use of amalgam technology. This enables the lamps to provide much

more light in both cooler and hotter environments than present fluorescent technology. PENTRON C lamps are an alternative

lighting solution for many traditional HID applications with all the benefits of fluorescent – immediate restrike, selection of color

temperatures, consistent color through life, excel lent color rendition and long life. The lamps are available in 4-foot, 54 watt

types in 3500K, 4100K and 5000K correlated color temperatures with a life rating of up to 35,000 hours.

PENTRON HO ECOLOGIC lamps offer a high quality lighting solution for applications where aesthetics and/or high lumen output

and long life are important. With a small lamp profile and lumen output that is almost twice that of T8 fluorescent lamps, these

lamps offer the prospect of low profile luminaire designs capable of delivering illuminance levels satisfying general ambient

lighting requirements ranging from general office and classrooms to industrial manufacturing. PENTRON HO ECOLOGIC T5 linear

lamps are available in 2, 3, 4 and 5-foot lengths and offer a wide range of color temperatures: 3000K, 3500K, 4100K, 5000K and

6500K with up to 40,000 hours life and excellent lumen maintenance and CRI.

PENTRON HO XL ECOLOGIC lamps feature extended life benefits of up to 60,000 hours on programmed rapid start ballasts.

The life ratings reflect up to 71% longer life than standard T5HO lamps, which is equivalent to 3.5 years additional useful lamp

life for typical operating cycles of 4000 hours per year. The family includes 4-foot, 54 watt high output types in 3000K, 3500K,

4100K, 5000K and 6500K correlated color temperatures. When PENTRON HO XL ECOLOGIC lamps are paired with QUICKTRONIC®

PROStart® ballasts the system is covered by a QUICK 60+® System Warranty of 5 years on the ballast and up to 5 years on

the lamps.

PENTRON® & PENTRON PREMIER® ECOLOGIC® T5 lamps offer a high quality lighting solution for linear fluorescent applications

where luminaire aesthetics are important. The small 5⁄8" diameter of these lamps allow for highly efficient and low profile

recessed and indirect options to T8 fluorescent lighting. These lamps are available in 2, 3, 4 and 5-foot lengths and offer a wide

range of color temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4100K, 5000K and 6500K all with a high CRI of 85. They have a rated life

of up to 36,000 hours.

PENTRON HO SUPERSAVER® ECOLOGIC lamps operate on standard T5HO programmed rapid start systems, requiring no ballast

change in order to save energy over existing T5HO systems. When compared with existing 54W T5HO lamps, the 47W lamp

offers energy savings of 13% while maintaining 92% of light output and the 50W lamp offers 7% energy savings with no loss in

lumen output. At $0.10/kWh and 4000 hours of operation per year, the 7 to 13% savings translates to savings of $7.00 to $12.30

for a 4-lamp luminaire with a normal ballast factor, programmed rapid start ballast. The 93% lumen maintenance of PENTRON

HO SUPERSAVER lamps assures that light levels are maintained while energy is saved, over a very long life of up to

40,000 hours.

QUICKTRONIC HIGH EFFICIENCY PROStart T5HO Systems

QUICKTRONIC High Efficiency (QHE) PROStart T5HO electronic ballasts offer energy

savings of more than 2 watts per ballast while delivering the same light output as

standard efficiency T5HO ballasts. The ballasts feature PROStart® programmed

rapid start technology; a proprietary starting circuit that extends lamp life in

PENTRON® T5HO lamps, delivering over 100,000 switching cycles for use with

occupancy sensors and building control systems. They also contain QUICKSENSE®

technology, patented circuitry designed to shut the system down reliably and safely

when lamps reach end-of life and are UL Type CC approved. QUICKTRONIC QHE

PROStart T5HO ballasts are available in types to satisfy a variety of applications with

universal input voltage (120-277V), 340-480V as well as high ambient temperature (HT)

models which are ideally suited for industrial spaces. The ballasts offering includes

models that will operate up to four lamps with multi-level switching capability.

They are RoHS* compliant and feature lead-free solder, printed circuit boards and

manufacturing process.
