Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry Your tasks • Supporting HR Department with HR policies, procedures and general HR queries • Maintain HR databases and reports with up to date information • Complete administrative tasks relating to the recruitment process • Dealing with employee queries relating to HR matters • Assist with expense claims and payroll occasionally • General administration duties including answering phones, incoming and outgoing post, ordering stationary, filing, etc. • Any other ad hoc duties as required within the office Your skills • Third level qualification in HR • Minimum 12 months experience working in a HR environment with knowledge of Irish Employment legislation, policies and procedures • Clear understanding and appreciation of the confidential nature of this role • Proficient in all MS Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel • SAP experience would be a distinct advantage • Have a positive, pro-active approach to working in a team environment along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to work on own initiative • Strong attention to detail is essential If you are interested in this position with ENERCON, please send a Cover Letter and CV, indicating your salary expectations and your earliest availability, to the contact details below – email preferred.
