DIABETES MELLITUS - HISTORY

• CVS: Angina, heart failure, hypertension, intermittend claudication

• GIT: “full feeling” after meals, nausea, vomiting, constipation

• NEUROLOGICAL: Mononeuropathies, peripheral neuropathy, radiculopathy, transient ischemic attacks, CVA (stroke)

• VISION: Blurred vision, cataracts, previous laser therapy
