Saskatchewan is home to a dynamic economy with resources that start in the ground and end with our people. Located in the center of Canada, Saskatchewan is also the heart of Canadian agriculture. Accounting for almost 40 per cent of Canada’s farmland (Source: Statistics Canada), Saskatchewan is home to a world-class agricultural sector and is one of Canada’s largest agri-food producers. From producers to food manufacturers, dealers to millers, Saskatchewan’s agricultural sector is vibrant and strong.

The impact that Saskatchewan agriculture has on our province and the world does not stop at our border. In 2016, Saskatchewan was a global leader in agricultural trade with $14.4 billion in agri-food exports.

The Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture is excited to present the Saskatchewan International Agricultural Exporter Catalogue. This catalogue showcases Saskatchewan’s value-added agricultural processors in one central location. Whether you’re a domestic or international food buyer, industry representative, international government official or local food manufacturer, this guide is your access point for identifying and getting in contact with Saskatchewan exporters.
