What does this animal look like?

The Tutu Carreta is also called Armadillo Gigante.

It is mammal and it is very strong and fast.

They live in the north of Argentina.

They are in the middle of the forest where there are lots of trees.

They are 1.50 or 1.60 centimeters long. They are very big!!

They are heavy and they have a very strong shell in their backs.

They have some hair, a tail, a long and curved nose, four legs and small claws.

Why they are in danger???It is a prehistoric animal. It comes from the Gliptodones Family. People kill them so as to eat them.

Usually, people take them to the zoo or to the museums.

Their shells are used for making small guitar called “charango”
