Igor N. Dubina , Ph.D. in Social Philosophy, Dr.Sc.h. in MathematicalEconomics, Vice-Rector for Strategic Programs and International Coopera-tion, Altai State University.
Igor N. Dubina has a Ph.D. in social sciences and a Dr.Sc. in mathematicaleconomics. Recently, he is a vice-rector for Strategic Programs and Interna-tional Cooperation and professor of Mathematical Economics at Altai StateUniversity, Barnaul, Russia. His educational background is in the elds of economics and statistical analysis, his Ph.D. dissertation (1999) was on thetopic “Creativity as a Phenomenon of Social Communications,” and his
habilitation Dr.Sc. dissertation (2012) was on the topic “Game TheoryModels for the Organization of Creative and Innovative Activities inFirms.” His research interests are concentrated in interdisciplinaryapproaches to creativity and innovation studies, mathematical and computer simulation of innovation, survey design and statistical methods for empiricalsocial and economic research.
Dr. Dubina has published 11 monographs and textbooks on creativityand innovation management, and mathematical methods and modelsfor social and economic research, including Creativity Management in the Innovation Economy (Moscow, 2009); Statistical Methods for Social

University of Freiburg, Germany.
Dr. Norbert M. Seel was chair and distinguished professor for research onlearning and instruction as well as the head of the Department of EducationalScience at the Albert-Ludwigs-University at Freiburg, Germany, untilSeptember 2012. From 1992 to 1998, he was a professor at the TechnicalUniversity of Dresden where he also was the dean of the School of Education.He graduated from Saarland University in 1979.
His research interests include model-based learning and thinking, induc-tive reasoning and complex problem solving, the investigation of exploratory
learning within technology-enhanced environments, creativity and processesof decision making in instructional settings.Dr. Seel has published or edited more than 20 books, among them the
textbook Psychology of Learning (2nd ed.), as well as more than 200 refereed journal articles and book chapters in the area of cognitive psychology,learning research and instruction. He is the editor in chief of the Encyclopediaof the Sciences of Learning .

After having worked in various international and Hellenic institutions(Ministry of Industry and the Economy), Dimitri Uzunidis was named as anassociate professor in 1992 at the new University of Littoral Co ˆ te d’Opale(Dunkirk, France). He participated in the establishment of this university,where he founded and managed the Research Unit on Industry and Innovation(Lab.RII). A specialist in the international political economics and in theeconomics of innovation and entrepreneurship, he currently teaches in someFrench-speaking and Greek universities.
Dimitri Uzunidis has published and edited many books on internationaleconomics and on economics of innovation.
