outcomes we expect; • identify together key improvement strategies that

schools can implement to achieve them; • enhance the level of principals’ instructional leadership; • provide principals with relevant and necessary support; • work within established accountability frameworks to

demonstrate improvement then this will lead to improved student achievement in

literacy and numeracy.
