El foco debe ser el Producto. Elmundo de las aplicaciones esglobal y deben ser de claseglobal.
La clave es tener unproducto global concaracterísticas locales.
Las grandes empresas no tieneninterés en latinoamérica. Un buenproducto con contenido localpuede convertirse en líderrápidamente, en un mercadoenorme que generará una baseinstalada masiva.
Diversificar el riesgo y acceder a negocios con márgenes de ganancia mucho mayores al original.
No hay que pensar como progra--mador. La identidad visual y la interfazes lo más importante para el usuario final. Esto
es precisamente “crear una marca”.y permitiráluego llevar la IP a otras plataformas.
