PROGRAM 1 - PROJECT PARIVARTAN (WISE)
WISE (Project Parivartan) is India’s largest Skill Training Program for PwDs. Weprovide them with 21st century portable skills like English Communication, SoftSkills, Life Skills, Digital Literacy and Orientation in industries with jobopportunities.
College Connect program skills Educated Youth with Disabilities in Collegesand those aspiring for better jobs.
Our innovation is setting up Smart Inclusion Centers (SICs) in Colleges /Universities
What it does: (Our Focus)
• Increases PwD Enrolment in Colleges
• Makes Educators Disability Confident
• Empowers Educators using Tech
• Assesses, Trains and Places Educated Youth
This Project is targeted towards youth with visual impairment with a focus onequipping them with skills needed to help them get eligible for HigherEducation, for appearing in Government Exams and helping them leadindependent lives. Youth4Jobs provides the training online and in our twotraining centers located in Hyderabad and Delhi. The coaching for the Govt.Exams is being scaled up currently.
What it does:
• Help youth with visual impairment to fulfil their aspirations for enrolling inhigher education by training them in English communication skills
• Enable them to learn computers using assistive technology (software) likeJaws/NVDA - Digital literacy is the heart of the VI training
• Coaches them for government jobs by giving them holistic trainings inEnglish, computers, coding, maths & reasoning, and general knowledge.
• Counsel the youth to accept, adjust, cope and set goals for theirdevelopment
• Coach them for passing their 10th and 12th grade examinations. Held twicea year as Open School Exams
• Sensitise companies by having interactions/mentorship/volunteer programwith VI youth

It supports WISE and College Connect by reaching out to companies actively tohelp them begin or strengthen their journey of inclusion.
This program predominantly works to create awareness and build an inclusivecorporate world. Youth4Jobs works closely with 650+ companies of which 200are first time hirers of disability. The mantra is “Hire youth with disabilitybecause it makes business sense”. Once the company experiences the benefit ofhiring, inclusion gets mainstreamed within the organization.

Meera Shenoy has over a decade experience in market- linked vocationalskilling of rural, tribal and disabled youth from underprivileged families. Sheis considered a pioneer in the country in this field and uniquely works onpolicy and grassroot projects.
She has demonstrated for the country twice, a model for skilling rural youthfrom villages and now youth with disabilities, and linking them to qualityjobs.
She has had two stints with the Government in senior positions. She wasExecutive Director of EGMM, the country’s first job mission for rural andtribal youth, which she helped set up from scratch in 2004. Her nextposition was to support the Office of the Chairman, NSDA.
She is on the Governing Council of SCPwD (Sector council for Persons with disabilities) and the CIICommittee on Special Abilities. She was one of the few Indians to be invited to speak at theprestigious TEDxBerkeley (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp7JfZDJPWo)
This mission formed the template of Government of India Skilling Programme for Rural Youth. Shehas also consulted with the World Bank across South Asia and was senior advisor UNDP for skillingand unemployment.
Not Just Art is a digital platform created to support visual artists withdisabilities in India and promote their work to a global audience of artlovers, collectors, museums, and galleries. We showcase their talents andbring them into the mainstream art world, creating an inclusive global artcommunity.
We also introduce the benefits of art to children and youth withdisabilities through art workshops held in schools and community centers.
