Background

• Went Live with Banner HR January 1, 2006.

• No prior consolidated Compensation and Benefit Statement.

• No easy way for employees to see the ‘true’ value of their employment benefits. (Not happy with Banner Delivered options.)

• HR Committee formed at the behest of VP of HR to discuss the creation of a ‘Comprehensive’ Benefits Statement. (June 2007)– Content– Format– Presentation Options– Security
