TIP: Only create your pin code once. To relog in use biometric scan (Face ID or fingerprint) depending on your
phone’s default settings.

Open EMMA by AXA app.Tap Register.
Tap Yes, I have a policy. Tap Individual Policy.

Input the following and tap Next:
• Identification or Passport number• Date of Birth
Tap on identification card used on original policy application form:
• HKID card• China ID• Macau ID or Passport

the edit button.
Tip: Tap No, Contact Customer Support if you would like to use another
username.
Review if provided information is correct. Tap Next.
Select the contact information provided to be used as your login username (e.g.
email OR mobile number). Tap

Create a password. Agree with the Terms & Conditions and Personal Information
Collection Statement. Tap Next.
Receive confirmation of account creation. To activate check your
email OR mobile number username.
Open verification email OR SMS.
Click on the URL to activate account. You are now ready to log in to Emma
by AXA!
