About Us

Our Founder, Lou Cole, is an organic chemist who began working in Union Carbides R&D Group in 1964. There he gained extensive experience with epoxies and polyurethane foams

Lou had a passion to reduce the labor and costs associated with the then common practice of utilizing high-pressure injection for repairing concrete cracks

In this pursuit he earned 10 patents while creating a low-pressure injection system that has become the industry standard approach for repairing concrete

cracks whereby dual cartridges are utilized in conjunction with a specialized

injection gun along with a port and hose system

With this technology, Lou started Emecole, Inc. in 1987. His aim was to manufacture and supply products to contractors in the concrete crack repair and

waterproofing business

To date, Emecole, Inc. continues to add innovative products such as basement/crawl space liners, sump pumps, mold remediation products,

dehumidifiers, carbon fiber stabilization products, drainage systems, and

accessories to further support and help its contractors grow their businesses

Wet Basements & Crawl Spaces Are:- Unhealthy:

Soil gas (e.g., Radon gas is #1 cause of lung cancer in non-smokers) enters the house from cracks in the basement and crawl space

Dust mites (#1 indoor allergen) thrive in damp areas with relative humidity >50%

- Patented Concrete Crack Injection System was designed to optimally fill concrete cracks via low pressure injection while

reducing labor onsite, saving contractors time, money, and the

hassle of warranty claims:

Unlike competing products, Emecoles proprietary chemical formulations for Epoxies and Polyurethanes were designed to fill

cracks and expand into crevasses at an optimal rate so as not to

expand too quickly (which can cause inadequate crack filling).

The patented Jacole injection gun is designed to inject Epoxy & Polyurethane at the optimal 40 psi pressure so the crack fills in

correctly and completely the first time.

Emecoles patented surface ports were designed for optimal use with Emecoles mixers and hose assemblies to allow for easy access to obscure areas. Hose assemblies also prevent backflow

and waste.

JAKE 600 Dispensing Gun- Spring loaded high performance trigger provides a

consistent flow of material at 20-40 psi and less hand

fatigue compared to conventional guns.

- Built with heavy duty materials for years of use.- Interchangeable plungers allow the Emecole Jake 600

to be used with a combination of either 600/600cc or

600/300cc tube sets.

Grease Gun- Standard duty grease gun for high pressure

injection of Emecoles polyurethane foams.- Uses a standard 14 oz. grease cartridge.- Delivers 1 oz. of grease/40 strokes.

Pneumatic Air Gun- For use with 300/300 ml

cartridges.

- Gun has power forward and power reverse, for

ease of operation.

- Built-in air pressure adjusting valve in the base

of the handle.
