Dr. Ardhendu Pathak is a corporate advisor, speaker, author, and executive mentor with a rich industrial and academic experience. He is a Partner in Zurich based consulting company Management Alignment Partners and has co-founded a Koinvent Business Solution dedicated to corporate training. He lectures and consults on the topics related to technology roadmapping, digital transformation, competitive intelligence etc. His recent and upcoming engagements include invited talks at MIT, Boston, and Skoltech, Moscow.
He was with the European aerospace giant Airbus for 7 years. At Airbus he held various senior roles in Digital Transformation Office, Corporate Technology Office and Airbus R&T. Based in Bangalore, he established and ran a transnational group dedicated to identification and testing of emerging technologies, global technology scouting, and deriving insights from IP Analytics. Before joining Airbus, Ardhendu spent more than a decade with General Electric (GE), holding senior technology and executive roles in GE’s various industrial businesses and in Corporate Research. He also served on the board of GE India Industrial Pvt. Ltd. Prior to GE, he worked at the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai. Ardhendu also has rich academic research experience in the field of ocean energy exploitation, underwater sensing, and structural acoustics. He holds international patents and has authored several publications in journals and conferences.
Ardhendu has done his Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island, USA, and Masters from IIT- Madras. He is a Distinguished Alumnus of the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP).
