How join a session in ElluminateTesting in the SandBox

before the day of the conference @http://elluminate.jiscemerge.org.uk

Click on the Sandbox Meeting Space Link (highlighted in blue)

A new window appearsType your name* - leave password field in blank

* Please do not use any special characters. Type your name with only simple characters. E.g.: instead of João Caçador type Joao Cacador ; or instead of

Günter type Guenter

A new window is displayedIf the download doesn’t start automatically click on the

link above.(highlighted in pink)

Once you click on the link, the download will start and a box saying ‘java starting’ will appear

on your screen.

A small box will appear on the screenClick OK to download the application

The download will start. Please let it run.If you get a message from your computer asking

to trust the application, click ‘yes’ (or trust)

Once the download has finished, the Elluminate room will automatically be

launched

The elluminate room will open and you will be asked to choose your connection. You will probably

be LAN or ADSL (if you aren’t sure, just choose one of those) and

click OK

Finally check your sound and microphone are working properly.

Go to Tools >> Audio >> Audio Setup Wizard, and let the application run
