There is a fee to enter the State Park, payable at the honor station by the trailhead. FS 773.06 Swamp Forest loop 1.8 m., Creek Forest Trail .8 m. and Oak Hammock Loop 2.5 m. make up the 7.5 mile hiking trail. Hiking trails are marked with ORANGE DIAMONDS & BLAZES & are for foot travel only. Trails in this park are part of the natural enviroment. Uneven and or slippery surfaces, fallen branches, insects and other wildlife, irritating plants, and other hazards may be present. Tallahassee, FL 32308 SHARED-USE TRAIL Expect to encounter horses, leashed dogs, walkers, runners and bikes on these roads. Shared-Use Trails are marked with GREEN DIAMONDS. There are 2 designated loops on the Phipps shared-use trail. The West Loop, shown in yellow is 2.4 miles and the East Loop, shown in White, is 3.4 miles. The "Yield" symbol shows proper trail courtesy when users meet on trails. All dirt roads, and some marked single track trails, are multi-use. Always stop for horses and signal your presence when approaching horses. HORSEBACK RIDING All Shared-Use trails are open for horseback riding.
