• Surveyor tasks limited to:• Limited planning advice – the architect

designed and submitted plan to council• Peg 7 lots• Prepare all associated docs• Liaise with solicitor, council & LTO• Total fees $7k - $9k + gst

• R/E agent $130k sale price per lot• Agent fees $4k - $5k per lot• Total: $28k - $35k +gst = plus 400%

All fee proposals should include a modern attachment of what we do, our education and training, regulatory requirements etc.
