We are Safe We are Respectful We are Focused ELERMORE ENDEAVOUR Term 3 Week 9 18 September 2020 Dear Parents and Carers, Wow, we are heading in to the final week of Term 3. Amazingly this has been the longest period of time that students have been continuously at school this year. That is definitely not something I would ever have thought I would be saying when we started the school year in January. Our students are invited to come to school on Friday representing their favourite sporting team. This can be wearing the colours of their team or sport uniform. All students will also have a free sausage sizzle at lunch time to recognise the hard work of everyone this term. There will be no lunch orders from the canteen on this day – recess orders and ice blocks and drinks will still be able to purchased. All public schools are moving into a new planning phase for the years 2021 - 2024. As a part of this process we would love to hear the opinions of as many parents and community members as possible. To do this we would really value your participation in the Tell Them From Me survey. Further surveys and phone calls will occur early in Term 4 to allow you to have a voice in the direction of our school. Our school is also busy planning for our classes in 2021. A major part of this organisation is having accurate student numbers. If you know of someone planning on starting at our school please encourage them to make contact with the school as soon as possible. Likewise, if you are planning on leaving the school it would be appreciated if we could be told so we can plan for these changes in numbers. Regards, Luke Somerville TELL THEM FROM ME Parent Survey Each year we ask our students, staff and parents to complete a Tell Them From Me survey. The survey results give the school valuable input and allows us to shape our planning to deliver for everyone in our school. The survey is completely anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please follow the link to complete the survey and you’re your say in the future direction of Elermore Vale Public School http://nsw.tellthemfromme.com/evps2020

ENDEAVOUR
Term 3 Week 9 18 September 2020
Dear Parents and Carers,
Wow, we are heading in to the final week of Term 3.
Amazingly this has been the longest period of time
that students have been continuously at school this
year. That is definitely not something I would ever
have thought I would be saying when we started the
school year in January.
Our students are invited to come to school on Friday
representing their favourite sporting team. This can
be wearing the colours of their team or sport uniform.
All students will also have a free sausage sizzle at
lunch time to recognise the hard work of everyone
this term. There will be no lunch orders from the
canteen on this day – recess orders and ice blocks
and drinks will still be able to purchased.
All public schools are moving into a new planning
phase for the years 2021 - 2024. As a part of this
process we would love to hear the opinions of as
many parents and community members as possible.
To do this we would really value your participation in
the Tell Them From Me survey. Further surveys and
phone calls will occur early in Term 4 to allow you to
have a voice in the direction of our school.
Our school is also busy planning for our classes in
2021. A major part of this organisation is having
accurate student numbers. If you know of someone
planning on starting at our school please encourage
them to make contact with the school as soon as
possible. Likewise, if you are planning on leaving the
school it would be appreciated if we could be told so
