StabilizationRehabilitation

ReintegrationWe have a comprehensive medical team that helps patients recover from non-emergency conditions. Stabilization includes medically-managed treatment within our residences for:

• Mild to moderate withdrawal• Various medical concerns• Mental health conditions• Personal crises

While receiving Stabilization treatment, patients begin the groundwork of creating long-term recovery goals.

Patients may transition their treatment to Rehabilitation or Reintegration in order to continue their recovery progress. Patients may also discharge if a safe living situation is in place that is conducive to their recovery and well-being.

Rehabilitation treatment is provided to individuals who want to restore their skills and health while engaging in recovery therapies. These Rehabilitation treatment services are offered within our residences:

• Individual and group counseling sessions

• Health and wellness-focused treatment• Vocational and educational

development• Mental health counseling• Family therapy and services• Skill-building activities

Once Rehabilitation treatment is complete, residents are welcome to continue their care in a peer-supported recovery apartment that offers Reintegration. Alternatively, residents may also discharge into a safe, recovery-conducive living situation within the community.

Our agency offers Reintegration services through peer-supported recovery apartments that are located throughout Western New York. While residing in an apartment, residents receive:

• Weekly individual counseling sessions• Vocational services• Relapse prevention strategies• Connections to community resources

Residents are empowered to transition to independent living within their community of choice.
